Who can order
You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and be able to enter a binding contract.
Products and descriptions
We describe every product as accurately as we can. Because hair is a natural material, slight variation in colour, density and texture between units is normal and is not a defect.
Screens differ. A colour on your phone may not exactly match the wig in daylight. If exact colour matters to you, write to us before ordering.
Length is measured when the hair is straight. Curly, deep wave and loose wave textures wear shorter than their measured length. This is explained in the Wig Guide.
Pricing
All prices are in US dollars. The price shown includes your chosen construction, length and colour look, calculated as you select them. Premium colour looks add $50 to the base price, and the site shows you that arithmetic before you add anything to your bag.
We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
If a price is listed in error we will contact you before processing and you may cancel.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may decline an order, including where an item is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where a pricing error occurred.
Custom orders enter production once you approve the written summary, and cannot be cancelled after that point.
Returns
Our Returns policy forms part of these terms.
Care and use
These are human hair wigs and their life depends on how they are treated. Damage from home colouring, excessive heat, or improper washing is not covered by any return or warranty.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, photographs, product names and design, belongs to [Legal business name] and may not be reproduced without written permission.
