Already have a tracking number?
Once your parcel ships you will get a tracking number by email. Enter that number directly on the carrier's own site for the fastest and most current information, since their tracking updates before ours does.
Cannot find your order number?
Search your inbox for an email from us, and check the spam and promotions folders while you are there. Order confirmations end up there more often than anyone expects.
If it is genuinely not there, write to us with the email address you ordered with and roughly when you placed it, and we will find it.
How long should it take?
Processing and delivery times are on the Shipping page. Custom wigs take longer than ready-to-wear styles, because they are made after you order.
